This privacy statement describes our handling of personal information collected to provide our services to members and others we work with.
Inquiries for access, correction or deletion of personal information can be made by sending an email to info@fhsnorge.no or by calling 940 67 545.
FHS collects and stores personal information with your consent to provide donors, volunteers, course participants and other interested parties with good follow-up. It is up to each individual who visits our website if they want to provide personal information, but this is necessary if, for example, you want to donate, sign up for courses or become a volunteer.
Membership
From our members we collect name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address. This information is the basis for reporting on the number of members to be able to provide a sufficient offer and information related to the membership. When you join the organization, you consent to each individual area you allow the organization to use personal information. Upon termination of membership, your personal information is deleted.
Donors
From our donors, we collect your name, address, telephone number, social security number or ¨personnummer¨ and email address. This information is required to report tax deductions. In addition, we need contact information on donors to provide information related to FHS. As a Donor, you can terminate your relationship with us at any time by contacting info@fhsnorge.no in writing.
You can email us but remember that all businesses are vulnerable to data theft. Therefore, you should not send sensitive content by email. If we receive such an email, we will process the email according to content and delete it immediately.
Newsletter
As a member with us, you can sign up as a recipient of our newsletter. For us to send you a newsletter, you must register your e-mail address with us. This is stored in a separate database, does not delete but others and e-mail addresses are deleted when it is no longer in use.
Registration for courses and events
Via our website and newsletter, it is possible to sign up for courses. We collect information such as the name and contact information. This personal information is not used for any purpose other than to administer the event. The personal information will be deleted after the event.
We obtain our own consents to map interest and desire to receive invitations to new events.
Non-sensitive personal information about participants will be stored for up to 10 years in connection with reporting to public authorities.
Data portability
You have the right to be given personal information about you and reuse them as you want across different platforms and services. Your right to data portability only applies if the information you wish to disclose has been collected based on consent or contract and is information that you have knowingly and actively provided.
Use of cookies (cookies)
Our website uses cookies to map visitors and their use. We do this to customize and make our site as relevant as possible to our visitors. The cookies do not contain personal information. You can even prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by changing browser settings.
Personal information and third parties
Personal information is only shared with other companies or subcontractors who perform tasks on behalf of FHS.
Our partners are also subject to the Personal Data Act and have a separate data processor agreement with FHS when it comes to the processing of personal data and security of this data.
